Community Health Program Planning Evaluation and Sustainability

This course will engage students in process of designing, implementing and evaluating a community health program. It will cover the basic concepts, methods and approaches in program planning and evaluation for community health and health- related programs, and developing proposals for program funding. Students will apply these techniques to develope and evaluate a community health program.
